Location is great, 3-5min to the slops Room is warm in winter View from the balcony is absolutely amazing Clean Tamara is great host If you are going for ski you have a dedicated lockers to leave your ski/snowboard things Amenities for shower and morning routine

Tamar is an exceptional host who has taken into consideration the needs for guests coming to beautiful valley of Gudauri. Amenities provided are sufficient for guests especially the first aid kit and kitchen items. It feels like being at your own home. The view is amazing from the balcony. Check-in is seamless. Tamar is always available for assistance and responds promptly to all the queries. The property is accessible easily and there’s a spar supermarket nearby.

Location,amazing view from balcony ,the apartament is fully equipped, very nice hostess, who allowed us to check-in earlier, thank you!

Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and mold was starting to form because of it

Extremely pleasant host, coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were very nice. The dryer on the battery is extremely useful after skiing. View is gorgeous.

Floors are a bit cold, it could use more carpets.
