"Did a walkthrough and left immediately. Would not recommend."

Location wasn’t bad. Was close to airport, inexpensive uber ride to property.

Was not clean, personal care items/clothing like someone was staying there already. Very hot, not all switches or even lights worked. Not sure what was in a plastic apple on the coffee table-did not look legal to have sitting around or even on premises.

The owner was friendly and tried to help us even letting us choose another place that he has available closer to subway station in Long Island City.

The location is really bad. the neighborhood is not friendly and there is a sense of danger present.
