"Great location with very responsive Host. Address plate needs to be well positioned for easy of identification as neighb"

Location was superb for our purpose. Host was very cordial and available particularly when we had energy issues.

The address plate is obscure and very difficult to see from the road. Very dangerous to locate at night. Neighbours are not friendly. The apartment can do with some refurbishment.

"Need a thorough improvement on health and safety standards and cleanliness"

Overall NOTHING Except dedicated parking for car

Overall the property was in poor health and safety conditions. No clear instructions how to open first gate with the grill, had to twist arm and open the lock from inside. Stair case railing was broken, fans with years and years of residue. Kitchen leaking with a water puddle next morning. A clear health and safety issue with a short circuit/fire hazardous or flooding. Mould on ceiling Make shift packing near AC unit, cold air gushing in cold midnight Heating system was under lock and no instructions shared, hence have to contact 2am in the morning where are the keys. Main tap of Bathtub broken Not as it looks in pictures! Wonder how it got qualified with booking.com standards
