Handy location - easy to walk around central Auckland, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool, spa and gym over at the hotel were fab. Would use again

Table and chairs were very wobbly.

Location is excellent and a short walk to downtown waterfront, restaurants and shops etc

key collection was a nightmare, was unable to enter lock box room and staff attended to then find boxes empty and had to seek out spare key. Was only provided with one entry card for adult family. Note: only one bathroom and persons using main bedroom have to pass through open plan second bedroom/lounge to access bathroom. Fine for a family, but not sharing adults.

Superb location. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The room was well set up for two couples or a family. Great kitchen and bathroom. Easy to locate. Key retrieval was simple. The shower was the best we've ever had in a hotel.

It would have been great to have more towels. We thought we would wash and dry some in the room but had trouble getting the dry setting to dry anything it just washed again. Probably user error, but instructions on how to do this would be great for future visitors.

Very clean and tidy apartment had all amenities to enjoy a great stay would definitely highly recommend .Easy check in process and friendly staff via email checking to see how you are etc overall amazing service

Access to find key swipe - had to go a few blocks down the actual location to pick key. Owner gave us incorrect lock box and didn't respond back for almost an hour. Was a bit of a mess. Managed to get in contact with another person. Pots and pans were not clean, we had to wash them ourselves. Had a lot of grease and old food crusted inside. Wifi did not work. Glass table was not sturdy, could not eat on it. No plate mats for table either. Overall unsure if apartment was entirely cleaned as found someone sunglasses under one of the beds and old napkins. Very disgusting. Felt unsure if we should have slept in the bed with their sheets. Booking.com messages about getting to and from key swipe to apartment were very confusing.

Amazing facilities - the rooftop pool was incredible with tables and loungers and a great view of the Harbour. The gym and spa looked great, and then the added bonus of indoor pool and spa, which we're a bit less busy. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access on foot and by car, and was very spacious and modern. Exceeded our expectations. An additional note of thanks to the host for being so helpful with an internet issue and organizing last minute parking and early apartment access

The room was clean, the hotel facilities were great!

The checkin process is not as simple as going to reception and checking in. You have to go to another place up the road, unlock a box and retrieve your key then go to the hotel -bare in mind this is a privately owned room (so not managed by the hotel). Therefore, we didn't have access to the usual hotel services (pls take this into consideration when booking). We were given 4 towels (for 4 people) and for an accommodation with a pool/sauna you need more than one towel each. Eg. One for after swimming, one for showering and so on (we don't swim once) They do have a wash/dryer however the dryer doesn't dry the towels completely unless you run it for 3 or 4 cycles - too much hassle for something as basic as towels. The wifi was very choppy (I've stayed at this hotel before and had no issues with wifi). The TV only played audio with no visual imaging. The host compensated by offering a late checking at 12pm as opposed to the standard 10am checkout and delivered 2 extra towels which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel facilities were great, but some essential basics were a miss for us. I'd suggest: providing more spare towels especially because it's a hotel with a pool. Sorting wifi and TV issues. Unfortunately we won't be staying here again - not worth the slight price drop compared to hotel rooms.
