The location and felt like home

The access to the pools and gym. Comfy beds, nice and clean rooms. Pretty hotel. Stunning view at the rooftop pools/spa

We asked a few times to get more towels, we never got them. Key pick up was quite confusing and ended up having to contact Stay Ltd as they didn’t send the codes at 3PM. Extra cost to split the bed and one of then beds was very uneven, which the sheets and blankets were king sized so it was a hassle to make lol.

The room was nice and comfortable Pool and gym facilities were amazing

There is so much extra costs. For towels For cleaning (rhat never happened once) To park $40 a day Clamping of tyre's without notifying us which meant we couldn't take our baby to the hospital which als cost an extra $360 to remove. Property manager was so rude

It was close to queen st and the sky tower. The pool and spa was nice.

Having to pay extra to separate the beds. Only given one towel each for two night stay.

Apartment was spacious and clean, with a balcony, air-con, pool and spa facilities at no extra cost, comfy beds, kitchen, great shower/bath, gorgeous lounge suite, two wall mounted TV's in each sleeping area..... although only one a smart TV with access to Netflix etc, lovely artwork, quality linens and was walkable to and from our evening's destination. Parking available for an extra charge of $45. Offered and accepted a later check out time of 11am which was appreciated. Located within the "Heritage Towers" Security also on shift at night in the lobby during our stay. Felt safe for myself and 3 children.

Booking.com's system in this case I found tiresome and lengthy to book as compared to Airbnb with multiple ID proof and credit card security seemed way over the top. Confusing for me as I responded to messages via return email to have them bouncing back ....I didn't want another app to have to download thanks. Key collection in an unfamiliar area, delayed by traffic and road works had me worrying that I was past the 6pm key collection time and may be charged late fee. Not the case thankfully. Got there eventually and the host rang quickly when I eventually worked out how to contact them to give me the car park access. Could have provided a pool towel additional to shower towel as we had to use wet, cold towels from swimming again for showers.

Great location, easy walking distance to the city and public transport options. even with kids in tow. Room was a lot bigger than expected, beautifully presented and very clean. Would definitely stay again.
