"won't recommend..."

there was no breakfast.

we arrived earlier than anticipated and it took us two hours to get into the location... when we tried to call we had to send copies of our passports and other ID's and now I found out that we were charged an additional $116 for checking in an hour early... AND THERE WAS NO ROOFTOP SPA AND POOL... total fake advertising... the room was suitable... it took us all day to do a load of laundry and dry it... the location was good... but false advertising re: rooftop spa and pool... TOTALLY BOGUS...

Clean room, great pool facilities, great location close to viaduct and inner CBD

Extensively drawn out 7-step check in process, having to collect keys from a location not on site, took 30mins extra in rush hour traffic. Same with check out process and having to exit garage. Not fun with young kids. Need to have a shared arrangement as there was staff on reception. Apartment style rooms, but the doors had giant windows in them. We had to be in the dark while our children were sleeping in the next room. Sort of defeated the point of having two rooms.

No fridge (wasn't working)and the convoluted process to access and depart the room

Lovely large two room apartment. Great beds and rooftop pool was great

Pools were unheated, only one key for two people. Small items reported were not attended to. But a great base. Need somewhere to set suitcases.
