Your Family Getaway - Rooftop Spa & Pool!

I like the room size-2 bedrooms - fabulous. I loved the clothes washer-dryer combo but needed better instructions on how to use it. I also loved the bathtub! All in all, I just didn't have much time to enjoy the place.

I missed the full complement of cooking utensils, pots, and pans but there were enough there to make something happen with respect to cooking.

Location

The misleading heading of the add. Firstly if we were Told it was HERITAGE hotel would have saved us a lot of stress. We wouldn’t have ended up 30 minutes away at another 22 Nelson street. Then when we get there we are looking for the name rooftop spa and pool. Then when we finally ask enough people we realise there is no such place. Then getting the access card (one access card for 3 people makes it very difficult when going out to different places)was a stressful process . I have travelled a lot and this was the worst check in I have experienced. Then you finally get to the room to find out it’s not really 2 bedrooms. Extremely inconvenient when you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other! Especially at night when you have to go to the bathroom. And because it’s a glass wall you have to get everyone to turn their lights off at the same time. It was a very unpleasant stay, to what was a great holiday.

Location

Pain to get keys as located in another location with no parking . Room cards hardly worked on room or elevator . Dishes dirty in room had to wash before using them. No instructions or map for the facility . We had to ask everyone else there where to find anything. And they wont provide a gst receipt for our stay as they are obviously running the rental illegally. If this is a review and plan to stay please note this is a room in the heritage hotel that is not mentioned anywhere . We were looking for a place called rooftop pool and spa. Also no milk provided . And only a couple towls in room reception wont give anymore as the room is privatly owned . Very stressfull and not worth the money . Would just book with heritage itself .

There was a domestic next door on the 2am sat night, very loud and doors banging , shaking the whole room. Otherwise it was great thank you
