It was quiet, clean, modern, the bread, milk, and jam left was awesome. The area was beautiful, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner was very informative.

Even I booked this unit in the last moment already 7pm, the manger immediately delivery fresh milk, bread and bottle of water for breakfast, they are free. I was so touched. this is the best deal during my traveled in New Zealand.

Everything is perfect. nothing to be improved. Particulary the manager, he is so nice to provide fresh supply in late evening for breakfast.

Location was good and close to sea. Facilities were good and easy to use.

we arrived earlier than expected and we tried to call the landlord to see if we could put our 6 luggages in her garage before we check in later. we could never reach her. One hour later came a cleaning lady who was rude and unprofessional. She complained about our early arrival and had her son playing in the house since she arrived while kept us waiting outside as we may interrupt her cleaning. We had to call booking.com to see how they manage such a situation and booking.com could not find the owner either and wanted to provide other accommodations for us. Actually the landlord was in China that's why the mobile was off. She then spoke to us, and again blamed us for early arrival… The cleaning lady discovered some problem with the loo and the owner said had we not arrived earlier she would have had time to repair it... Just two nights stay in Auckland, we eventually lived up with it due to too many suitcases and no car.

It was a really comfortable and clean home and just so lovely to relax in. The location was incredible and so close to the beach too. Thank you for having us😊

Very clean comfortable and we felt very relaxed The apartment has good transport links to Auckland and elsewhere. Netflix and Amazon Prime were a welcome luxury. I would stay there again.

It would have been nice to have somewhere/something to dry clothes on. There was no tin opener but I bought one and left it there

Very nice and clean. Have everything and even bread and milk in the fridge with condiments. All the equipments are very good.
