Excellent stay, doesn’t look like much from the outside but place is very nice inside. Well-stocked, has every item and appliance you could want. Combined washer/dryer great to get everything done overnight. Great bed and quality mattress for sleeping. Just short walk to Takapuna shops and beach.

Check out is at 10, 11 would be nice.

It is just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was top-notch. Loved the bed. The kitchen was a reasonable size for the apartment. It's surprisingly quiet. Really nice place to stay.

The house was well-maintained and cleaned properly. Plenty of amenities were provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer). Also the host was really kind and helpful.

We loved how homely the place was and very clean indeed. Fantastic decor and the bed and linen was great! It was made super special with extra touches of fruit, bread and spreads supplied. Kitchen was stocked with great dinner ware etc. My girls were excited to see rice cooker too!! So close to everything! We would love to stay again and recommend to all.

The neighbor outside smoking and talking very loud with a lady up to 11pm... Needed an extra couple of towels.
