limpeza quando chegamos ( limpeza do chão deixou a desejar) , faltaram alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha ( principalmente para quem vai em família) ex : não haviam bols para utilizar , air fray super pequena.. tinha que fazer várias vezes o mesmo prato .. baita trabalho ! poucos panos de prato .. tinha só 2 , não disponibiza edredons … não tinha pano de chão para uma emergência .. etc

The apartment was clean and a great location with great amenities. The apartment layout was really good. The kitchen had all the appliances that you will need if you plan on cooking. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived. Very welcoming! It felt like home.

There were gnats inside that were bothersome, but they did have spray or them. The area outside by the patio was a big muddy mess because the rain gutter drain from the roof was not connected to the inground drainage therefore this area filled up with water. This is the only area that had this problem. All others have pretty green grass off the patio area. This needs to be fixed.

The property is easy to access Disney and surrounding areas. The property was well stocked with cook appliances and the communication prior to the visit was good.

The property was close to the lift so was noisy and one evening two people where having an argument/fight outside the kids bedroom which woke up and scared my child. The flat was dirty and needs a deep clean through out and some bits that are rusty need replacing. A clothes airer was the only thing missing you thought of everything. The communal pool was a fantastic facility however couldn’t get to the bar and people smoking weed not the vibe we like for a family holiday.

The cleanliness was outstanding, the location to everything was ideal. Kitchen appliances were all in excellent working order, the beds very comfortable. No issues with the apartment.

The main gate access QR code was extremely slow and frequently not being read requiring the gate office to intervene. One staff member bordered on being hostile when on one occasion I requested help with getting the gate open. More care needed.

All is close and is a secure property

We found grease in the air frier and island kitchen was a little dirty and just left I trash bag for 5 day stay

The facility was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process worked great. It is conveniently located to all the attractions and shopping centers. I would highly recommend Adorable Apartment!
