USNice and clean. Plenty of extra bath supplies. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too. Was having difficulty with the heat(my fault), host came within 30 mins of email to get it going for me.

USThis property is so much for the price! Out away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to all you wanna do! The owners were very nice and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to get away for a few days! The river is beautiful and so peaceful to sit and just watch!

USThe property was idyllic. Located on the river near a picturesque bridge and situated next to a mini farm of goats, 2 small cows and an adorable donkey. Fire pit on premises and fishing available. Very responsive hosts.

USThis is a wonderful and unique property. It’s brand new (Google Earth shows nothing there) everything is fresh and modern. There are two little houses on the property that are right on the river. My grandson loved the small barnyard with the small farm animals. The hosts provided fixings for s’mores and had set up the fire pit with fire wood and a fire starter. A nice touch. There was also a bag of charcoal provided, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. We were simply passing through Knoxville on the way to our final destination. This was a far better and more memorable experience than spending the night at an interstate hotel. It was well worth the few extra miles out of our way. We found it and booked while on the road that morning and ended up with a little surprise mini vacation in the middle of our larger one.
The WI-FI signal was very weak and AT&T cell service was horrible as usual.
USWe loved being on the river and my husband enjoyed fishing. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we could need. The animals came to greet us on arrival and we loved watching the goats play. The porch was so peaceful to sit on and enjoy coffee and reading.
USThe lake front view is really nice and peaceful. The property was very nice and the animals were cool.
