USModern, clean, great location, loved the farm animals and the river view. Hosts lived nearby and were very responsive and welcoming. The house is small but airy and has a great porch on the back. BBQ, fire pit, a variety of games were available (horseshoes, corn hole, volleyball) . Beds are very comfortable. Full Kitchen was nice. They even provided smore's fixings and complimentary bottle of wine - very nice touches!
I should have read the info more closely to realize that two of the beds were up in the loft (steep stairs). (My fault, not their's) A few more large pots and pans would be good. They provided a brand new skillet upon request, which was very nice. Not super quiet, the train rides by regularly, people drive across the bridge nearby, and the animals call but I thought it provided a nice ambiance for the location.
