Location was good

Didn’t feel particularly clean. Water stains on ceiling above bed. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly and couldn’t get the water hot enough for a shower

"Great location. Not for anybody who would struggle using stairs!"

Great location in the town centre. Very comfortable, new bed with variety of pillows. Missing some standard amenities (garbage bins in bathroom and bedroom, mirror in bedroom, paper towels in kitchen, etc) at first, but provided very quickly by the property management.

Cleaning could be improved in the apartment and through out the property. NB:This is not a good facility for those unable to manage three flights of steep stairs, especially when carrying baggage.

The location. It was central and very quiet

Very poor ventilatoon. Windows could not be opened. Booked for 3 adult. No sheet providrd for the pull out chair bed
