Great location, Close to the beach, nature reserve, cafe, fort carpark and docks.

Walked Into the caravan and smelt a musty damp smell, bed pillow had mouldy marks on it, blinds were damaged, half Eaton food and jars in the cupboards, TV only had about half a dozen Channels working through a 1980s satellite dish, the whole caravan was a bit dated, being positive, just needs a weekend sprucing up a bit.

"Would not go with Suffolk holiday park"

The WiFi reception was very poor the television had a old sky system could not get any bbc channels the staff was not very helpful we did not know it was sub let from the owners

The caravan was nice clean plenty of room long way from the town centre and train station
