Quite site and close to attractions

Very comfortable beds, easy access, nice location

We liked everything about it just what we wanted how brake to be

Nothing we liked it all

Great location and a few min walk to the sea, play park and all seaside attractions. Close to beach street the vibrant part of Felixstowe.

There was mould in the shower screen at the bottom and the beds and sofa were not comfortable. There was a very strong smell of sewage in the caravan, which we did call to complain about but no one came to sort it out. The docks close by make a lot of noise at night which did wake us up at 2am so take ear plugs. There was no security on site and I did not see any members of staff working there from Friday to Sunday morning, my husband was able to drive onto site after work meeting us there at 11:30 at night and was not questioned and was able to drive straight into the site. There was boy racers racing around the roads by the docks so it was very noisy late at night again waking us up with younger children.

Good size, good shower,

Matt and Lynne loved it perfect for a short getaway, definitely need a car. But there's a bus to the pier.
