Broken mirror in spare bathroom upon arrival, no furnace air filter on, a/c condensation pan full of water, possibly legions air disease, 4 forks for 6 people, no toaster, terribly disappointed , microwave was broken

Pool was ok

The room: It was enjoyable! This is no luxury room but still, it met all of our needs. Very spacious and cozy. You get 3 parking passes! The kitchen had a few pots, pans, mugs, silverware and plates. Dish soap, disinfecting wipes, coffeemaker, trash bag. The restrooms are big, clean, lots of towels and toilet paper (2 rolls). The rooms and beds are comfortable, plenty of space in the closet and lots of drawers to keep things in order. The balcony is well kept, not loose or rusty. The beachfront view is amazing!! The hotel : Location! LOCATION! Downtown was just a few minutes away. Property has its own private gated garage (10 levels) so there was plenty of parking spaces. The property looks clean, with trash cans on every floor near the elevators. Elevators were spacious, clean and very fast! Pools- plenty of pools! 1 lazy river, 2 big pools, 2 jacuzzis, and 2 pools for the kids! One big pool , one jacuzzi and a kid pool were on direct sunlight. The indoor pools were still warm and pleasant.

The room: there wasn’t really much that we didn’t like. Just a few minor things like the working microwave wasn’t big enough or there weren’t enough trash bags. We were only given 1 for our 3 days/4 nights stay. We had to empty it at one of the trash cans located near the elevator and had reuse the bag. A volume button was missing from one of the remote controls so it was hard to use. The balcony door handle was loose and sometimes it was hard to open. But then again, minor stuff that wasn’t a big headache for our family. The hotel: The bar was never opened.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location and their pools, the pools were very clean and our hotel was beach front with only a short walk to the pier/boardwalk.

the room wasn’t great. First, there’s no way the cleaners actually clean, there was sand on the floors and in the tubs, the mirrors had splatters, and while my three year old was playing in the king bedroom floor, he found a previous guest prescription medication “under” the bed, the bed has blockers so nothing can get too far under, so it was only 2-3 inches under the mattress which should of been seen when they changed the sheets if they even did because ours was poorly stained. Then, most lights didn’t work in the room, the lamps as well are questionable. One of the tall stand up lamps had one bulb work but was so dim you couldn’t even tell if it was on, a table lamp was literally broken upon arrival, we at first didn’t realize until we went to turn on and then it completely fell a part in our hands so I’m sure we’re going to be charged for it anyhow. One of the vents in the sitting area kept dripping on us if we sat near it, the walls have scuffs all over it so painting hasn’t been updated in a good minute. We weren’t informed that you have to go to the lobby to pick up pool bands until a security guard tried to kick us out of the pool area for not having them, we weren’t informed how to use the shower in the bathrooms and had to have maintenance come show us due to how they’re set up, we also didn’t receive a gate code to enter the parking garage until the day after we checked in, we had to call and speak with customer services to even get a code to get into the building. The booking host was very unresponsive, I only ever got automated replies. When I tried to report the lamp being previously damaged, I didn’t receive a response until the next day which was just a “we hope you’re enjoying your stay, remember to…” message.

Absolutely close to everything! We parked Sunday and didn’t get in the van again until we left Thursday!
