First of all the most importance, very clean and they even have scented stick every corner of the apartment. The smell very fresh. The staff is very friendly and doest take long for them to reply any request from us. By far it is the best homestay we ever stay in kota kinabalu.

the place was clean and comfortable for my little family to stay. host was very friendly and very responsive. they provide toys for my kids to play lobby area was close with imago entrace. very accesible.

internet connection was abit slow some lights in dining and bedroom area were flickering. needs to have pest control because some area have ants.
