Location was good.

The guy checking in our bags couldn't stop dancing to the music on speakers. Rooms weren't clean. Window was dirty. Water Drains were blocked. Smell of smoke on hall 3 Rooms were too hot. Staff member (guy with fair hair and glasses) on last night of our stay wasn't great and didn't listen to questions. I had to check back in to reception 3 times before another lovely female worked actually sorted my query. Could of been better.

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Aussicht.

Nicht sauber bei der Ankunft. Wasserdruck im 8. Stock, Dusche und Waschbecken liefen schlecht ab.

It would have been helpful if Booking.com detail indicated that the accommodation was normally for Students

Lots to like. Comfortable. Great downstairs area. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

No coat hangers, bread knife, tea towel, iron or hairdryer. Annoying.

Pleasantly surprised with the amenities and the attention to detail from the staff

Location, room, view, communal areas and breakfast was unexpectedly outstanding.

The duvet was narrower than the bed and the shower drain was blocked.

La amabilidad del personal. Nos facilitaron picnic para el desayuno cuando nuestras excursiones salían antes de tiempo.
