Weren't allowed to check in 3 as advertised. Was told they would try and give us late check out but didnt contact to confirm and couldnt get hold of them.

It was clean and tidy with tea and coffee available on arrival. The interior is nice and modern with plenty of space for a family of 5. It is a short walk to the city centre and the key collection is not far from the apartment.

Unfortunately you can hear all the bangs and noises from other apartments. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Great location, communication was good and at first glance appeared perfect. Coffee and dishwasher tablets etc provided.

No windows in the bedrooms meant it was roasting. Fans were provided but weren't clean and blew dust everywhere. Bin didn't shut and generally was dusty.

I was extremely disappointed with the experience at Pall Mall Apartments. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, there were clumps of hair all over the floor. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower sprayed all over the floor, which then made the floor ridiculously slippery. We were only left 1 toilet roll, for 5 women staying for 2 nights. The taps in the bathroom were leaking and dripping continuously. The blinds in the front room were broken, as was the handle on the door. The floor was sticky and dirty, there was thick dust around the apartment, which makes me question how often the property is cleaned. It was generally very run down and neglected. They had the audacity to charge a non-refundable £25 for damages, when the apartment was already in complete disrepair. We also wasnt made aware of this hidden charge at the time of booking and they only requested the payment too close to the time of the stay, for us to cancel. We had to walk for 10 minutes to collect the keys, which wasn't communicated to us in advance. The shop that was advised to collect the keys from was labelled completely differently to what was on the information. I would not recommend staying at Pall Mall apartments for the price we paid and the ratings the apartment had, I was definitely unsatisfied.

it was a lot bigger than anticipated and very clean, the balcony was a nice extra too

1) Extra 25pounds requested to be covered to insurance. It was not visiible in the begining. 2) There were problems with my code I received to collected the apartment key. It wasn't working for sometime and actually I didn't get feedback what was the problem when it in the end worked. Answers on the booking chat during this period were the AI-based/automatic, and they were anoyining for me. 3) The beds were too narrow (140cm wide for 2 persons). There is a space that beds for 2 are 160cm wide in each room.
