Host & Stay - Central Balcony Apt

The property was just as it looked in the advert. It was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen and plenty of cups, glasses etc. including a few basics of washing up liquid and coffee. We had 5 adults so plenty of space. The location was easy to find and ideally located for Mathew Street and was an easy walk from the station.

If I had to find a problem the beds were very soft. The entrance to the apartment block is not very inviting and the corridors were smelly but this did not effect the apartment.

The apartment, facilities and getting access do not deserve a poor rating. The only thing is the view out the windows and balcony, not great but I didn't go to Liverpool to stay in apartment and admire the views

The lack of single beds

very clean and tidy apartment, with decent facilities and amenities (smart tv, coffee machine). property is in an excellent location to get to city centre (and also actually fairly quiet at night considering how close it is to city centre)

a few very minor issues (such as top drawer/shelf in dishwasher v dodgy and didnt pull out properly), kitchen sink tap leaked, shower head also leaked and water leaked down side of shower screen onto bathroom floor when using shower.

Communication from the host before our stay was really helpful. Very simple to collect the key & drop off. Great location. Apartment was clean & tidy.

The location was 10 mins walk from Matthew Street.
