Evrything was very easy, lot of shops downstairs. perfect for 1 night. Easy to find keys and easy to access to the flat, cleran inside and all area is very clean. Price is good for1 night. Not easy to find a property just for 1 night.

Great location close to the tram to get to town. Close to shops. Lots of room,. comfy beds. Secure UG parking is available. Great communication with the hosts, usually responded straight away. One down side is no wi-fi!

The check-in form was long to fill in. I suggest collecting less information to make it easier for the traveler.

Cecilia was wonderful. She very knowledgeable and helpful. I was having a problem with the hot water and stove. Nothing major, just normal operations, and she immediately responded and sent me photos on how to operate. The apartment was huge for the two of us and the rooms were very big. It has four bedrooms ( which is all they had available). The place was bright and clean with a washing machine, plenty of towels, shampoo, body soap, and kitchen utensils. The location was great. Near the tram that takes you to the central area where all the attractions are. It was in a lovely neighborhood and there was plenty of parking on both sides of the streets. We felt very safe walking at night. They have a huge shopping center across the street. Most complaints I've read are regarding the lack of air conditioning, which I'm sure would be a major problem. Another major problem is that they DO NOT HAVE WIFI. If you can't live without it, this is not the place for you. For the time of the year October, my stay of 2 days was great. I would stay here again.

NO WIFI. The bed was a little too hard for us but it's a personal preference.

The beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. Apartment clean in general. Close to the tranvía. Overall good.

There was no cutting board for cooking. A bit of mold in one of the bathrooms.

the apartment is well equipped and clean. it has 4 bedrooms. since there are 10 of us, 2 sleeps on sofa bed at the living room. the hassle is only during the initial stage where we need to register our names at the given website as it involves 10 of us. after that, the person in charge, Ms Cecilia has provides us very clear instructions about how to collect keys and access to parking. she also very responsive to our whatsapp especially when we informed her that we need a little more time (11 am instead of 10 am) to check out as we need to load our bags into the care

it would be perfect if the host provides wifi slightly longer time to check out we have no issues with it since we are planning to leave early and not depending on wifi

The place was nice and quiet. Also the house was clean.

I did not notice there was no wifi in the house, my mistake but still unexeptable in the year 2024. Also the check out was at 10:00 am and for the late check out they asked extra 20€ but after that, the new "late" check out was at 12:00 pm and this is no late check out. All that makes me think that they put the check out time so early in order to gain extra money because most of the people would not like to leave at 10 o'clock in the morning.
