Great place to stay. The facilities were excellent and so close to both Bowness and Windermere. Details supplied were great and gave ideas for walking and everything else in the property.

Nothing not to like.

Perfect location! If you want to stay local to windermere you can just walk into centre not need to use your car. The beds were super comfy! Id of brought them home if i could. The kitchen had a good range of pots, pans etc. Theres also a dishwasher, washing machine etc. Just check you turn the fridge up when you get there as im assuming its turned down (we dint realise and had some chicken go off, our own fault)

There was a significant patch of black mould on the bathroom celling in the corner which i wiped clean (as can be) as i dint want to stare at it for 4 days and im ashmatic. The plants which arnt fake were very dead! They need just getting rid of now and i saw this on a previous review so unsure to why they havent been A couple of the rugs are curving on the ends which is a trip hazard There was also no hairdryer as advertised which did annoy me as i purposely dint bring mine. Luckily i had my airstraights but i dont like using them wet to dry. Just felt like we paid alot and the things above arnt hidden problems the cleaner or owner should pick up on all of these between any stays. I hate writing negatives also but they are what they are. I wouldnt let it stop anyone from staying as it was a nice place.
