FV007 St Osyth Beach Holiday Park

Couldn’t fault it.

No parking even just to unload and reload the car if our belongings. This could have been from another van of this persons who I had booked the week before and stayed as this owner has a few caravans on the three different sites. One van had good parking and the other didn’t. Also it was cut short due to my dad being rushed in to hospital from our caravan. Not that this was anything to do with the stay here. Other than that all was perfect 😊

Great communication from host. Accommodation clean & well equipped.

The beds were very comfortable, the location was good , we had a nice stay , the electric ran out , but that was solved very quickly . But I would stay here again,

The only downside we had at the caravan was the little fridge no freezer. expected a tall fridge and freezer , can only hold so much so we had to have fresh stuff all the time, Not good if you are staying for two weeks and over . And the towels that they supplied were beach towels which weren't very good , Very poor quality towels , BUT they need to replace the little fridge,

Caravan had strong smell of tobacco smoke. freezer was missing. broken fridge/freezer was tilted on the patio area outside, and remained there for the 2 night stay .Rubbish of previous occupants had not been taken away, but was left in the caravan on the floor. No plug in sink. no cushions on sofa. No curtains in lounge, just blinds . Generally needs tlc to bring up to a better standard. Raised these issues, and asked for a cleaning refund, as it didn't appear to have been cleaned properly. Was told the owner would get back to me, but this didn't happen. When I texted the contact number to raise the point , was told that apart from the rubbish that had not been removed , that the caravan had been cleaned. Skeptical about this.

No Breakfast

Area around isnt the greatest - being near the entrance and exit meant regular wake ups calls by boy racers and people nattering on the way back from the pubs! Nice van, poor location

We had a problem getting to the caravan. There are gates at the entrance, which require a code or fob to get into the caravan park.

The bedrooms smelled. The caravan had veranda but no table and chairs to sit on. (Weather was warm this would of made our stay) Dining room table only had 1 chair.

Excellent accommodation. Clean and had necessities including washing up liquid, dish cloth & tea towel. Great location.

There was a slight smell of smoke in the caravan that’s the only downfall
