FV007 St Osyth Beach Holiday Park

This was the second time I’ve stayed in this exact van. It’s very sad to see that since my last visit there have been people that have vandalised this property with holes in the walls, the double bed has a leg snapped off that is now just resting against the wall. This is a self clean van. When I arrived this van looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since my last visit months before hand. If people live like this in their own homes then there is no hope for them. I had to clean before my stay and after. This is unfair. This should have been checked and charged to the previous person and a clean should have been carried out.

The property was extremely dirty upon arrival and we had to do a clean before and after our stay. We also notice the waste outlet pipe for the toilet was not attached so waste had fallen and collected under the caravan which is highly unhygienic.. I have photos of proof

Booked the Caravan for a stay with my kids when I arrived the host did not answer my calls to give me the code to the key safe on the Caravan door so I could not gain access to the Caravan. Had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting form the caravan owner.

The park was great and the caravan was nice inside

We had a broken pipe which we reported on early sat which meant waste was being spilled and giving off a bad smell so we were unable to have bbqs or have windows open at night because of the smell

The caravan was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot .

When we arrived the caravan smelt of strong cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty. The blind in the lounge was broken.there were burn holes in the settee and alot of dust in the lounge. After we had cleaned it it was a lovely caravan to stay in.

Size of the caravan

Great location and beds were fairly comfortable. Very draughty with a big gap In the main door which made it very cold. Appreciate the caravan is self clean but don't think previous people had cleaned it that well, we took our own bed sheets as advised, but the duvets / bedding provided were not clean which was disappointing. Caravan was very spacious, on a nice site.

Good location and the price was very good!

The property needs a deep clean it had an awful smell when we arrived!
