Had central heating & beds were comfy. ( metal bed in caravans not recommended far too squeaky )

IGNORE THE ONLINE PICS. ( obviously taken when new) .Whole caravan was absolutely filthy. If we hadn't bought own bedding we would've left. I have taken pictures to show how bad it was. Stunk of dogs. Very stained fag burnt sofa couldn't sit on it. Dog hairs everywhere . Hardly any crockery. 1 mug. 3 bowls. 4 plates. (Caravan for 8 people) curtains hanging off rails. Broken window in lounge. Toilet had someone's wee & toilet roll down it. It hasn't been cleaned for months the thickness of dirt everywhere & stained sinks. Messaged owners to which they basically called me a liar. Said that it had been cleaned. They obviously haven't been to there property for months. Shouldn't rent out lovely caravan if not willing to look after it

Arrived at this caravan, noticed blinds were all broken, Entered caravan and have never seen anything like what we see, it looked like previous guests had just fell out of bed and left, sink was full of washing up, food left on sides, seating area was filthy, beds looked like teenagers had just rolled out of them, caravan absolutely stunk, tried to contact owner, number unavailable, messaged owner what we entered into, to have a reply of 'Rubbish' written back as if we were lying, DO NOT Rent from this owner, do not expect however cheap accommodation is to be treated like we were and basically told we were lying.

It was nothing like the pictures, we arrived with our kids at 1am after driving 7 hours to get here, I entered the property and was immediately hit with an awful stench. The blinds were broken and in tatters allowing people to see in, the floors were sticky, the shower tray had thick dirt laying in it, the bed was so disgusting I wouldn’t let a dog sleep in it. I had to leave the location at 1:30am and have my kids sleep in the car because we couldn’t get a room anywhere at that time in the night. The owner has called me a liar even though I have photos of everything, very rude and refuses to refund me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Awful experience! When we turned up it smelt musty & of cigarette smoke. There was rubbish under beds and in the bathroom from previous guests! There were burn holes all over the sofa and marks that hadn’t been cleaned. This was just the start.. After we cleaned up someone else’s mess, (had to buy our own cleaning stuff too) we decided to get some food that we could cook easily.. WE FOUND SOMEONES LEFT OVER FOOD PIZZA AND SAUSAGES IN THE OVEN!!!!!!!! God knows how long that had been left in there!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! We’d just about had enough at this point & ordered some food, while waiting, we would sort out the double room WHAT WE FOUND WAS SICKENING! there was period blood on the duvet covers & on the bottom sheet that had just been left for us to deal with🤢🤢🤢 We brought our own sheets anyway so we didn’t have to sleep in that mess but we shouldn’t have to clean up some random persons PERIOD MESS!!! I understand this is a self cleaning caravan, but checks should be done between stays as this is the worst experience I’ve had with any sort of hotel/ Carvan/ BnB!!

It was a slef clean and there was a broken mop hover not very good and was not clean when we arrived

I booked this mobile and stupidly didn't read all the reviews! Please do not stay here how this man is aloud to advertise and take bookings after all the bad reviews is not acceptable. On arrival i could see all the blinds was broken and hanging off the windows. I thought there was a mistake. So rang the owner Paul to be told sorry about it he hadn't got round to changing them. I thought OK are see what's it's like inside. On opening the door the stench of dog, body odour and smoke hit me. There was dog hair everywhere the sheets stunk so bad I was gagging. There was holes in walls cracks in doors broken beading on the walls broken window frames, fag burnes in the sofas, thick dust everywhere. Stains on the bedding and sofa. Broken paving outside the mobile wich my 4 year old son tripped over and hurt his leg. I was not happy at all I rang the owner and said this is not acceptable his said sorry he will tell his cleaning ect. I said no way am I staying here it's disgusting, he then said to leave sat and he will refund me but charge me for 1 day u did not agree to this he then told me to go through booking.com as his had enough of me and his switching his phone off. I then had to stay in my car over night with my 2 young children one with autism. It's was horrible as I had no more.moneu to book anywhere eles. After having to ring booking. Com to complain explain and speak to 3 diffeent people over 3 days!! I got £170 refund instead of 340. Please don't book with this man!!

Everything disgusting place worst I've ever seen.

The whole place was disgusting, filthy, blinds in the lounge all broken, everyone could see in at night. Curtains falling off the rail , net Curtains torn, unclean bedding. Smoke alarm beeping all the time. I'm guessing there is no maintenance to observe this. Then they have the cheek to ask guests to clean after their stay. Carpet filthy, had to wear shoes all the time. Dining room table sticky and paint stained. No blinds at all in the kitchen area. I checked out as soon as we woke up and got what already was a dirty caravan, clean. I don't know how you can warrant 119.40 for one night stay. The whole park was grubby and depressing. I had to stay for the sake of my granddaughter. The ironic thing is that guests are asked to clean the whole place before they leave or pay a further £30 to have a cleaner come in.
