Needs to be updated. A lot was broken ie window, door not good lock away from frame inside the door furniture needs updating as well nets and curtains

When we got their we had to clean it it was so dirty broken window in front room door handle tape up bed linen every were net curtain ripped in bedroom we had to clean it all

The site was great great but all 3 of these accommodations owned by the same ppl were dangerous, not secure, and left unclean and not in a rentable state!

As per my complaint the place was left in a state and dangerous as well as not being able to secure the front door we have rented 3 trailers from the same owner in the last two weeks and each one of them were not left in a clean standard at all as well as parafinalia and baggies some containing a white powder an some containing bits of what looked like cannabis lying around for anyone to pick, up, also one of these caravans contained alot of rubbish fag buts and food underneath the pull out soda bed which stunk and contained bugs .really not happy, especially when it states within the message sent once booked that undernourished circumstances are tenants staying within their property are to go to reception we must go direct to them or face being fined or kick ked out

The front door was all busted up and it was all old. Nothing like the photos.

We couldn’t even stay in the property, it was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The previous people took off with the key resulting in the owner to charge the locks, which took over 4 hours and even then he wasn’t confident that it would actually lock. We were meant to be in there by 3pm, when 7pm arrived and things were still not sorted, we had enough and had no choice but to go back home. There was old food in the fridge, front window was smashed and covered up with brown tape, net curtains were l ripped, don’t even get me started on the sofa :-( I wouldn’t even kennel a dog in that place.

This place is terrible. I couldn't even stay there. It stank of tobacco and was rotten, broken window that should have been replaced before any bookings were taken, just a bit of brown parcel tape across it. With it being the main window you couldn't help but wonder that if it shattered with someone sitting by it then they would be cut to ribbons. The curtains had seen better days, the seats are stained with god knows what (you don't have to imagine to much). The mattress in the main bedroom is the sort you would find in a squat, the tiles in the toilet hanging off the walls and shit marks in the other toilet 🚻. When we first arrived we thought someone had been staying in there and that the owner didn't know, the phone number provided isn't recognised and you can only contact them by booking. Com . Because know one got back to me I decided that we would go back home, we sent a message to let them know the situation and was told that they didn't deal with lying and that they had cleaned the property themselves that very day. I think whoever cleaned it must have been blind or wearing blinkers. We took photographs and are awaiting booking.com to get back to us (they are still waiting for the owner to reply back to them 24 hours after I reported this. If the owners return my money in full that would be great but something tells me that they are not about putting customers satisfaction very high on their list. They even sent a message the morning of the booking that I risked a £60 fine for talking to any of the holiday park staff about their caravan and a list of prices for cleaning of said very dirty property if I didn't leave it as we found it, i couldn't find a rubbish skip big enough to leave it in. This is all the things good about it.

If the property was how it looks in the pictures instead of being the property we got, smelly, unclean, broken window taped up with tape, grimy surfaces throughout, cigarette stench in the double room, net curtain’s ripped and full of holes, curtains hanging off the rails, disgusting stains all over the sofas, carpets not been cleaned full of bits n bobs everywhere, oven greasy and dirty, the whole place was disgusting. The key lockbox code provided didn’t work and neither did the contact number for the owners, went to reception who got in touch with the owner to give another key lockbox code and they said there’s always issues with this property which is appalling. You as a booking agent are advertising this on your site and not giving the customer what is advertised, you and the owners should be ashamed of yourselves!! I’d like a call back from customer services to rectify this.

The caravan was filthy. LargeWindow broken and taped. Very dangerous if you brought children. Curtains ripped and not covering 1 bedroom window. Hob dirty. Staines on the beds and all over the lounges seating area. Constant buzzing from speakers in ceiling. We had to get rid of other peoples rubbish and food.waste.ledt.on the deck Worst place i have ever stayed

The site was nice.

Warning do not hire out the caravan. It was filfy dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, broken window, dirty shower and toilet, dirty sanitary towel in the shower, soiled sofa seats, stinks of cigarette smoke, bedding smells of urine, holes in walls, no blind in the kitchen, cooker dirty. We gad to go and buy our own cleaning stuff, the person that owns it had no duty and care what so ever.
