FV007 St Osyth Beach Holiday Park

Location was good, great it was pet friendly

Cook was difficult to use as knobs kept falling off, and oven didn't work. Need an extractor fan. There is mould in places. Blinds need to be replaced in sitting area on the main windows.

The cooker didn't work well. When spoke to the host he was abrupt about it. As I was concerned about the gas being left on as the gas knobs on cooker were broken and couldn't tell if the gas was fully off.

Location was good.

Extremely dirty, pet's hairs were all over the place, sofa and bed was stainy, blinds were broken, rooms curtains and pole were hanging down, no kitchen blinds, one of the toilet stunk badly. Windows were not sealed properly, the kitchen cabinet needs fixing and need to be cleaned and maintained all over. Also found cigarette buds inside. We have to put bed sheets on the windows for privacy, and children got allergy because of poor conditions. I'm very disappointed.

Fishing lake, food was good.

Caravan was very dirty.

The key code was given the day before.

The was DIRTY!! Oven was broken, blinds was broken. On arrival man who rents to carvan was there fixing a toilet what broke 20 min before. STINKS. I have a 4 month baby and I was so worried to even let him sit on the sofa. Bake in the bed, hair in the sink and shower, toothpaste in the sink. Fridge had a horrible smell. Wouldn’t even pay £100 to stay In here. NO CLEAN BEDDING. I had to go to Tesco and buy 3 lots of new bedding. There is no cleaners don’t be fooled with cleaning charge I definitely left it 100 time cleaner then we arrived to. I would never return to this carvan even if somebody paid me Microwave was horrid. Picture attached is the dirty bedding I had to remove before putting my own on.

Was close to the complex and spacious and clean

Didn’t like the fact it didn’t have a gate on the decking and also the blinds where all broken which made it look abit messy

The caravan was appalling. Really dirty everywhere. Dishevelled dirty bedding piled on beds. Kettle didn't work. Bathrooms were uncleaned and one toilet seat hanging off. Sitting area blinds were broken in multiple places. Bedroom curtains were broken - one lot just dumped in a wardrobe. Kitchen area had no window coverings at all. Outside paving to steps badly broken causing trip hazards. No sheets provided as stated in ad. Unable to rent from site as none available. Staff member said they would leave some near the door - and didn't. There were broken plug sockets - one right next to the naked flame gas cooker. Several doors had been smashed and poorly covered by inadequate stickers. Host was unhelpful and blunt (almost to the point of rude) when we called to ask whereabouts the caravan was sited on the site.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything, photos just don’t do it justice.. customer service was awful we were told to leave the same day as check in due to us complaining about it

Ants all over the bedrooms holes in doors and when called owner he said there’s bug spray in the cupboard they shouldn’t be there in the first place

The camp site was lovely i have stayed before in this caravan which was great but this time it was filthy hadnt been cleaned floors was sticky carpet was rotton so was fridge and worse of all the double bed was broken think it only has 3 legs we ended up leaving the caravan you couldn't stay there. I have emailed owners but had no response
