GBClean and tidy and had everything needed
No wifi but i did know that before going
GBNo loo rolls left .no electric on arrival..we put money on metre and the electric shower was running and t.v was left on..our instruction when leaving was turn electric tric off from meeter but we could not find where to turn off switch.so left 2 pounds on meeter

Skirting boards and dado rails are dirty, banister up the stairs was sticky. The plates and bowls in the cupboard were all wet with a greasy residue on them so had to be rinsed before using. Otherwise its a nice chalet. Lovely bathroom

Although the chalet was mainly clean, there was rubbish under the sofa which looked like it had been there a while
GBProperty was well equipped, all kitchen utensils you would need, washing machine, outdoor toys, chairs & board games. Comfy stay very clean, hoovers supplied, £10 on electric lasted us all week. The staff at K entertainment was great, went out of their way to make it enjoyable for the kids, all got up & danced at the end of the evening, Keith is great! Very welcoming staff, great prices!
The living room main light didn’t work & no bulb in children’s bedroom, other than that couldn’t fault it at all.

Not enough transparency about eletric cards. Did not see info ,went out early hours ,worry as l had insulin in fridge.
GBGBHad plenty of space for us all
Had to clean when we got there hair in the bath plug hole toilet needed a wipe down very dusty everywhere freezer had melted ice cubes In the draw that hadn’t been cleaned out and considering you can’t get in till 4 so the cleaners can get in to get it done I wonder what they actually do. I get you can miss things but all this is what you would make sure was done
GBThe chalet was spotless, lots of extras such a windbreak, deck chairs, buckets and spades and games. Good airer too for drying towels. Great heated towel rail which we used to dry swimwear. Even a toddler toilet seat integrated into the adult seat. Plastic crockery for kids too. Really lovely little arcade on site too.
The only tiny issue was that the signal on the telly was intermittent and that we couldn't connect to it as it wasn't a smart TV. But we did have a lot of rain so usually, we wouldn't be in watching TV.
