Bird House - Sleep with the Owls!

Beautiful accommodation and being so close to the birds was amazing. I would highly recommend, we didnt want to leave. We also did the bird experience which was really fun, and it was also great to watch others do it from the massive windows, which still felt super private. We would come back in a heart beat

The cabin is just so simple yet so beautifully decorated. They thought about every detail to make the stay so nice and cosy

Gary was an excellent host with very prompt and helpful responses to any questions we raised. The accommodation was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the log burner. We also recommend the owl experience.

Nothing much. It would be helpful to have a coffee table in the lounge area.

Location amongst the birds in ther centre was marvellous. The oriiginality of the idea of welding 4 x 20 foot containers together worked really well. The log burner was almost too efficient (we kept the doors open!) and the hot tub was most welcome after a days walking. The portable bluetooth speaker is a great idea (I had forgotten mine) and we used it all the time.

No scissors and the hob was hard to switch on - manual please!

The accommodation was in a beautiful spot with some lovely hikes and scenery in the area, Gary and Graham were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Will definitely be back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—secluded enough to enjoy peace, privacy, and the beauty of nature, yet close enough for a quick taxi ride into town. Our hosts were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The birds were stunning, and we loved watching them fly freely and interact with visitors—it was such a unique and joyful experience. The hot tub was another highlight, especially under the soft glow of the fairy lights, which made the evenings feel magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Thank you so much!

It was very well thought out. Some really good use of space and a high end finish.

If I’m being picky, a bigger bed wouldn’t have gone amiss.
