It was exclusive and quiet

The living room was really large and beautiful and was the highlight of the property The location was wonderful It is right in the City Centre with many shops nearby. The accessories were very modern. There is a great view from the windows

There is no accessible lift / elevator to go up. This makes taking luggage up difficult. It is not suitable for persons who have difficulty in walking up stairs. The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached by climbing 3 short flights of stairs. The staircase is very sturdy and has a metal bar which helps in climbing. There is no washing machine We couldn't find the vacuum cleaner and the mop. The property didn't reply to our request to locate it. The garbage bin in the kitchen is small necessitating multiple disposals of full garbage bags.

The location is very good. And loads of facilities.

The apartment looks great, but it had faults. The communal areas are dirty, the front door was dirty. Inside the floors were sticky and needed hoovering. In the kitchen the sides were also very sticky and we needed to clean them ourselves. We only had 1 cup for hot drinks. The radiator in the hall and the bathroom didn't work and it made it cold in there. We also only had 1 bath towel between us and nowhere to dry it. The bedroom looks great, but ruined by a cheap mattress that you could feel the springs, we both had an uncomfortable 2nights. It's such a shame. It could have been so much better.

The communication was really difficult. Almost no way to find the reception or online staff. Couldn't find a place to go or stay with my luggage for 3 hours and had to book another hotel. It doesn't allow cancellation as well. Basically I haven't stayed and they charged the money still. No wonder how dearly they need some money!

Good location for the city centre

It wasn’t very clean. There was half an open bottle of water on the coffee table, a half opened carton of milk in the fridge, the bathroom had definitely not been cleaned, the door was unlocked when I arrived, and the windows were wide open so it was cold.
