Excellent location. Lovely sitting room, kitchen and bathroom

The bed was a double, unusually small for hotels/apartments. Mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Actually had springs sticking through! The pillows are very old and have broken up inside.

The apartment itself is nice and location good, with no hassle to access. Unfortunately three things let it down massively: 1. It is very cold with the electric heaters switched off on arrival and no instructions, the bedroom warmed up eventually, the rest didn’t. 2. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak and didn’t work most of the time. 3. The mattress on the bed is very old or very cheap and is very uncomfortable, with the old fashioned springs sticking into you. It needs a padded topper or replacing. Sort this out and it’ll be a great flat to rent.

Very central location. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Good value for money compared to hotel.

Having to pay a £100 deposit for damages but a towel and a cushion provided were badly ripped. Not being told which lockbox the key was in (there are 3), old water left in coffee machine, empty instant coffee tin and only 3 capsules provided for machine. The heated towel rail in bathroom not working, dining table with only one chair. It felt a bit style over substance! Just waiting to see if they try and charge us for damage already there - luckily we took photos!
