If you’re looking for a stay in a good, central location in Leeds, this definitely ticks that box. Apartment had everything you could need, 2 smart TV’s (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room), a full kitchen, really nice bathroom & a decent bedroom. Must say most of the apartment was spotless & clean, but there were a couple of not so great areas that I’ll mention in the next part. But, overall it was a decent stay for us, okay for the price. I loved the option of early check in from 2pm & late check out for 1pm (£20 each, so £40 if you want both), surprised more places don’t offer this.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest, can definitely feel the springs. A mattress topped would probably be a quick fix for that. The apartment itself was a mix of immaculate with some not so nice bits, some of the walls were damaged (as in heavily dented or paint scratched), also wasn’t great when my girlfriend came out of the bathroom after we’d just arrived & there were stains left in the toilet. There was nothing major that would have me tell someone avoid, overall our stay was okay, was a nice night away. Also be prepared for a surprise damage deposit payment request of £100, it does get refunded, but just bear in mind you’ll need an extra £100 on top of what the room has cost you.

Stylish & comfortable

The furnishings of the apartment were great, very modern and comfortable.

There were a few things lacking in the kitchen: - only one mug - no oven gloves - only one pan worked on the hob - no kitchen towel

Location is great with easy parking close by. Apartment is very spacious and well equiped in the kitchen area. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Instructions for how to access the keys, I hadn't used this type of lockbox before and didn't know one had to pull the cover down to access the numbers. The chairs at the dining table are great to look at, but impractical for someone with reduced mobility, as too low down. This also meant I could not use the dining table to work at my laptop. Maybe a dedicated desk area, or another chair that could be used at the dining table.

Clean, modern, spacious city centre apartment. Easy access. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Great dining area. Close to great shops, cafes and restaurants. Would come back
