GBTypically the road down to the pods wasn't great but it is a working farm and that's to be expected! The owner was very responsive to messages. The location is beautiful and the views and the animals were something else! The little pod was compact but perfect for my needs and the dogs absolutely loved the enclosed space to run in and made friends with the sheep and the cows. I didn't use the shower facility as I set off very early for my next leg of my journey but the toilet block near me was clean. Very little noise from other guests and slept well. Would definitely stay again, really gpod value for money!
The bins near the pod and toilets overflowing with rubbish, which, given the weather, wasn't very pleasant. Also, whilst the garden area is secure for dogs, if you have a runner, they will find a way out! The grass was very long in the garden and this made locating and picking up poo very hard. I know it was No Mow May, so this could have been the reason.
