The apartment has an excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. It is spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a beautiful view. We also appreciated the availability of parking, which is a big advantage. The contact with the hosts was great – they were very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. That said, using the bathroom and kitchen in this condition was not particularly comfortable. Overall, while the hosts are very kind and welcoming, paying more attention to cleaning and maintenance would significantly improve the experience.

The apartment is starting to show some signs of wear and would benefit from a refresh. Most importantly, the level of cleanliness needs improvement. There was noticeable dirt in the corners of the bathroom, and the shower curtain had visible mold. The fixtures appeared to have been wiped quickly, leaving streaks on the chrome surfaces. The windows in the apartment though offering great view also seemed to be cleaned in a hurry, with marks still visible which diminished the pleasure of looking through them. In the kitchen, not only were the high-gloss cabinet fronts covered in fingerprints, but there was also greasy residue underneath the cabinets. The fridge was not properly cleaned either. We did mention these issues to the hosts during our stay, and they assured us they would take care of it.
