The Yard Platinum Peak, Victoria Falls

The people were welcoming. They attended to all our needs promptly. The facilities and location are excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Thomas had welcomed us to our apartment. What a friendly gentleman.

Very very clean, extremely comfortable and cozy. Had all the amenities needed for a family stay with a washer, dryer and a small kitchen which was well equipped, not too cold rooms and continuous hot water in the bathroom. Top notch well guarded property , absolutely recommended it to everyone. We almost wanted to settle there. Special mention for Thomas who was managing our stay and made sure we had all our needs met with.

The floor can become a little slippery when your feet are wet after taking a shower. Very trivial issue which can be sorted out with a couple of mats or towels on the floor.

Great apartment suitable for a family of 4. Super clean, well decorated and fully equipped. Probably one of the best airbnbs we had during our 1 year world tour..

The whole set up is perfect

Good location with goodsecurity. Well equipped for self catering. The lady who was hosting us - Tariro was very attentive and was going all out to make our stay comfortable.

The facility is not equipped for power outages. When these occurred, which was every night we were there, we would be left in the dark and the water in the bathroom would stop coming out. Housekeeping was poor - the forgot to replace towels and bath mat after servicing the apartment. We also found the bathroom sink clogged. However the attended to it fast.
