¡New Villa 4BR with priv jacuzzi!

Nice place, just what we needed. Complete kitchen. Host responded fast when we had a problem with the airco. We could check in early and leave late whis suited us very well.

The only thing I can think of is it took an extremely long time for the hot water to reach the bathroom.

The check in and check out process. Good security friendly staff front desk.

Loud. Disruptive music late at night. Villa 3 is dusty, pool is clean but old. Jacuzzi functions but no hot water. Poor WiFi connection on second floor. Villa 3 has not been maintained properly, poor quality products, almost falling apart unplugging electronics off the wall. No washer and dryer onsite. No cleaning nor change of linens for three weeks straight! No cleaning supplies nor trash bags, no refills for towels nor toilet paper. Not recommended for more than one week stay.

La comodidad y la tranquilidad

Intermitencia en la señal de internet... El check inn se me hizo un poco tarde.

Muy cómodos. Confortable. Moderno. Y funcional. Falló la escasa limpieza qua encontramos.

La falta de limpieza. Faltaban pastillas para el lavavajillas. Por lo demás, estupendo

La atención de Francisco, el anfitrión, fue extraordinaria. Nos recibió cálidamente, nos facilitó recomendaciones de restaurantes, sitios para visitar y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. La casa está situada en un urbanización tranquila (por lo que no hay ruidos) y con vigilancia todo el día por lo que es una zona muy segura. Hay restaurantes cerca pero se necesita vehículo para moverse por Tulum.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento de la casa dejan mucho que desear... Es una pena porque la casa es una monería pero no tiene nada de mantenimiento y ya de limpieza ni hablar: nos encontramos una cucaracha en el baño nada más llegar, hay innumerables telas de arañas detrás de los televisores y en las lámparas, el menaje de la cocina está destrozado, la piscina (aunque se supone que vienen a limpiarla 3 días en semana) tiene el agua turbia y el fondo sucio... Y como sugerencia, podrían dejar alguna pastilla de cortesía para el lavavajillas y podrían poner lavadora que sería muy útil.

We had a little problem with the water cutting out, but thankfully the problem was addressed promptly. Property is great.

We stayed here on the first night of our trip, and it was perfect for our group! I loved that each room had its own bathroom—it felt like having four private apartments in one. The house had everything we needed, and the location was great, just two streets away from Calle 7 Sur, where we found plenty of food options within walking distance.

The pool, the patio, the exterior and interior were all lovely. Check in was easy and host responded to questions promptly.

The beds were very comfortable but mattresses on platforms on the floor were hard for us old folks to get out of to stand up.
