Muy buena ubicación y excelente servicio por parte del staff.

Las habitaciones carecen de luz artificial en las noches y los aires acondicionados son muy pequeños para el tamaño de las habitaciones.

The place was nice and clean, the pool area is very good looking. Coffee at the reception was amazing.

Pictures from Booking were advertising hammock and two-floor apartment, which we didn’t get, so we were a little disappointed since the price isn’t the cheapest.

A estadia foi globalmente dececionante: limpeza fraca e abaixo do esperado face à imagem promovida nas redes sociais. Surgiram vários insetos e escorpiões no quarto, o que causou grande desconforto e preocupação. Apesar de o staff ter sido sempre muito simpático e prestável, não houve qualquer contacto ou resposta da gerência perante a gravidade da situação.

I loved Casa Leah, it was beautiful! The staff were so nice and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly. They also made some great drinks and had really good recommendations. The rooms were spacious!!

The rooms were lovely! , but there were a few things I wish they had. My room was #12, and I felt like it needed a bit more lighting, and a full-size mirror would have been great. Another thing is that the pools seemed to have too much bleach. The inside of my swimsuit is cotton, and it actually got bleached by the pool water, which has never happened to me before. The smell of the chlorine was also quite strong, so I think the pool maintenance might need a little adjustment. Besides those small issues, it was an amazing stay! I would definitely come back.

A fantastic stay at Casa Leah, we really enjoyed our time there. The staff were super friendly, especially Gabriel, who fulfilled our every wish. Definitely recommended! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Good location, close to everything you need.

We booked a tour through the hotel, which unfortunately didn't work out so well because no one told us that everything was in Spanish and no one could understand us or speak English. That's not directly the hotel's fault, and they took our feedback on board straight away.
