As others have said, Gerard is a very kind host. The room was comfortable, a good bed, and a lovely view from the window. The property was in very pretty countryside. 5 miles outside the city, a taxi costs around 19 Euros. Gerard very kindly offered and gave me a lift into Limerick the day I was leaving. The shared kitchen had facilities for tea/coffee, a microwave to heat food etc

I'm not sure if wi-fi was available. I used my data. The TV in my room didn't have any free channels available, just apps for Netflix, Disney etc. Since the property has other rooms/guests, the shared facilities can get a bit dirty. Depends on how the previous user leaves it.

Very well equipped kitchen with beautiful decor. Bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet. I got a really good night's sleep. Caf parking was easy. The lovely Limerick and Shannon were within easy reach by car. I'd definitely recommend.
