The location was good and close to the Thomond Park rugby stadium. We didn’t have breakfast.

Wasn’t any thing that we didn’t like, it met all the needs that we required for our trip.

The staff is very accommodating, place is very relaxant, new toilet was installed and rooms is huge and comfortable.

I saw in host answers that this place is the cheapest in the area. I agree but I would rather small room, small bed and clean bedroom. Floors were dirty (dust and people hair on the floor), cobwebs around the walls and ceiling, dusty side beds and lamps and then under the bed was everything- trash, dusty side beds, mats- everything moved under the bed( took photos as I couldn’t belive it).Place has potential, really- someone has a nice taste of decorating- but they do need a good cleaner

The only good thing was that the mattress was very comfortable.

The place is filthy. After I arrived and I was getting ready for bed I did notic that the duvet cover is not clean, like if someone have slept there before, carpet looked not hoovered. Sink downstairs was leaking and the shower door was barely hanging on. When i asked for another room, there was no reply from the owner so i moved myself to clean looking room as it was getting very late at that point and i didn't know what to do and it looked like I'm on my own in that huge house (then i learned that the owner lives in the room downstairs). After about an hour since i have sent the email, owner decided to come out of his room and talk to me, and a striking smell of alcohol emanated from him. When i pointed out all the issues I had with the room, owner's respond was "room is clean, everything was washed, those are only stains ". I booked for two nights but after 1st nights I have decided to leave, I could not stay there another moment. Avoid this place.
