Las Palmas - Palma Xiat & Cocoyol

We liked everything. It was like we were at home. The location is excellent, close to the beach, 5th Avenue is a few steps away, the bus station is a 5 min. walk. Jose greeted us very friendly and remained available.

There is none. Everything is perfect!

Super endroit. Nous avons séjourné avec 3 enfants. Équipement et emplacements parfait. José est adorable et toujours disponible.

Un peu de bruit à cause des bars en bas. J’avoue avoir eu peur le premier jour mais ça reste correct et la fatigue nous a tous emporté. Ça n’a finalement empêché personne de tomber comme une masse 🤭

Está ubicado a solo una cuadra de la 5 avenida y a cinco minutos de playa Mamitas. Nosotros éramos cuatro personas y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia en playa del carmen. La cocina está equipada por si gustan de cocinar en el apartamento. Cuenta con una piscina en la planta superior. José está al pendiente de todo por si surgiera algún imprevisto. A modo de detalle nos retrasaron el horario del vuelo, y como no estaba reservado nos dejaron hacer el check out cuando quisiéramos.

Centrale locatie van waaruit je alle kanten op kon. José stond klaar om ons altijd te helpen. Op het dak in het zwembad konden we afkoelen en hiervoor waren zelfs handdoeken beschikbaar.

Aan meerdere kanten om het complex heen was tot laat in de nacht muziek. De bedden waren wat hard en de kussens vrij zacht. Het zwembad was verkoelend maar niet mega schoon.

This is a lovely apartment with three different balconies! So you can catch the sun whatever part of the day you decide to sit out. The pool on the roof was lovely with sunbeds, tables and chairs and a grill. We had water in the room, swimming towels and plenty of space. Its a good location too.

Nothing to be honest, it was all great. And the host was very responsive with messages which was so helpful

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the facilities required. There is an onsite manager, who hands over the keys and is very prompt dealing with any issues. Good location, near lots of bars and restaurants.
