Las Palmas - Palma Xiat & Cocoyol

This suite was absolutely perfect. The location was only 1 block off of the main pedestrian street. There is a separate bathroom with a door, sometimes not the case in MX. Roberto is a fabulous host, prompt to reply to any questions or needs

Sadly the whole city seems to be under construction, so there were a couple of times when that was a hindrance. The suite itself had no deficiencies whatsoever. Cleaning staff and management were superb.

Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen, close to Avenida 5, but not in the middle of the craziness! Big size apartment with nice balcony and rooftop pool.

There was some construction going on at different times of day causing some noise.

Host and onsite amenities were excellent. Location is great. Will travel back again. I recommend this place. Rooms were spacious with lots of room. Balconies with great views.

No concerns. We had no problems and the onsite manager were always available should anything arise.

Specious room and great location! Landry service, seven eleven, and 5th st is just there. Kitchen has all equipment and large refrigerator.

Bed mattress is very cheap and not comfortable but I don’t complain because it’s very reasonable. Cute clean large property.

The best location ever around the corner from the 5th avenue ,roof top pool amazing,restaurants nearby and an Oxxo at the corner ,Jose was very helpful with everything, The balcony was perfect for morning coffee ,they provided us with two big water bottles .Perfect place .

Location, location, location! This property exceeded my expectations, the 2 bedroom unit is larger than it appears in pictures, fully stocked with everything from blender/coffeemaker and cooking utensils to washing machine and board games, the unit has 3 balconies (master room, guest room, living room) and is steps away from awesome rooftop swimming pool with various large seating areas and BBQ grill (even BBQ grilling utensils were provided), the AC was ice cold, the internet was fast, large living room with super comfy sofa that easily doubles as a bed, safe in master bedroom to store passports etc, housekeeping and groundskeeper super friendly, steps from 5th Ave so you will be surrounded by your choice of restaurants, stores, bars. The host is responsive and went out of their way to answer our questions,.This property is an excellent value for your money, I have been to Playa many times and I feel that there is no better value for this type of unit in the area!

Great location! Very spacious condo with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen with fridge. Filtered water provided. WIFI had a great signal. Rooftop pool and lounge area fantastic and open till 10PM. No 24 hour security, but I preferred that. Locked gate and never had a concern for security. Faint partying noise at night but didn't keep me up.

All good...nothing to complain about.

Rooms were great and service was excellent!

Not the fault of the property owner, but we arrived just in time for a construction project out in the street.
