Birdsong & Pine: parking & garden

We had a lovely stay at the property. The property was spotless clean in a great location and set in peaceful quiet surroundings

The only downside for us were the garden area and bed inside. The outdoor furniture wasn’t safe or comfortable to sit on, which was a shame as the space had a lot of potential. A nicer set of patio furniture would really enhance the experience, especially considering the price paid includes both indoor and outdoor spaces The bed was very soft which didn’t quite suit our backs, but that’s down to personal preference

Location was excellent right in the centre of worthing close to amenities. Apartment was very clean with good bedding towels etc. Lots of facilities if you needed them. Modern apartment with nice rooms in the main and good furniture. WIFI worked and so we were able to keep up to date with things at home. Kitchen area very nice and plenty of room in the open plan area to rest and eat.

Outside area needs a bit of TLC, table and chairs outside need a lick of paint. The bathroom needs a bit of an update and it appears patched up. The small bedroom with bunk beds is very small with nowhere to put clothes. When we were there the owner was moving the meter into the cupboard so that will free up some space but I would also use the cupboard to put some hanging wardrobe space in there or create shelving. The parking is difficult, there is a space but having to reverse down into it is not easy especially at the moment as there is scaffolding at the side of the nursery so this was a bit of a bind. This will be easier once the scaffolding has been taken down but still not a lot of space.

Clean and comfortable

Very quite location just a short walk into town. Although I didn’t use the main appliances the kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom had a very large comfortable bed. The living room was also large and comfortable

May have stayed longer if the price was slightly more affordable

Quiet Location Parking

A well equipped very large apartment tucked away in Worthing yet a short walk to the pier.Great shower and very clean. The birds certainly do sing in the morning!Lovely.

A very spacious apartment, with all the comforts of home. Great location, only a few mins from amenities like cafe's, restaurants and a Tesco, and perhaps a 10 min walk to the beach. Loved the courtyard for soaking up some morning sunshine.
