We used this as a base for the weekend. It's a really good location - easy to get to town and the beach, and quiet. Lovely place to stay.

The property is beautiful, quite stunning. It’s in the middle of Worthing yet down a hidden lane, so it’s the most peaceful and quiet place I’ve ever stayed in. You feel tucked away. And of course what a bonus to have parking literally on your doorstep. Again something you don’t tend to find in Worthing. Everything is of the highest quality, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The high ceilings and general space are a delight. The beds and bed linen are so comfortable. My daughter and grandson in his cot had the luxury of the main bedroom, while me and Grandad had the bunks…but they were very comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for the luminous tape on the treads!! And it’s so clean!!! Spotless. Tabitha as a host is wonderful, and has an eye for detail. Thank you, we will be back!
