Very comfortable, cosy and clean. Ideally situated

Little bit small drive for a large van thankfully no one else was there

Gorgeous apartment, we didn't want to leave, it's absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and really cosy - everything is in walking distance. We will be back.

Good location, clean, good facilities, e.g kitchen, nice to have parking space and a little out door area. Good communication via email from host.

Wasn't made aware re: being next door to a children's nursery prior to booking. This was quite noisy at 9am as their playground was just a few metres away from the bedroom. A blind for privacy in the bathroom would've been nice.

Lovely light, airy and comfortable apartment. Well maintained throughout. Everything we needed in the kitchen and appeared well equipped for families with younger children too. Good sized bathroom with decent shower. Great that host provided little essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, as well as hand wash, shampoo etc Super large main bedroom, comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Second bedroom with bunks was adequate but smaller than anticipated and teens were a little cramped but fine. Lovely outside space, but we were out and about enjoying the sunshine so didn't use it. Well placed apartment, short distance to shops, restaurants and the sea front. Dedicated parking space.

Nothing to complain about at all! Would highly recommend.

We were so lucky to have booked Birdsong & Pine. Such a lovely property. Location was perfect. A short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. There is easy parking at the property as well. This was a real find and we would definitely book again and recommend to others.

This is a fabulous place. The attention to detail is amazing down to plastic cutlery and utensils for children. my grandson loved the little garden where we would sit and watch the birds. Very conveniently located within walking distance of seafront and the main shopping area at the same time very peaceful. Lovely furnishings and decor in the best of taste. Thank you Tabitha

I didnt have access to my emails to obtain the checking in details but was able to phone tabitha for instructions. that was the only glitch.

It was very comfortable and tucked away from the main road so extremely peaceful. However it’s so close to Worthing town. Great parking

The front door was a little tricky to open sometimes as the latch was quite slippery but apart from that nothing else

The property was extremely clean and had a lovely charm to it. Very well equipped and i particularly enjoyed the ornate furnishings.
