Cheeful, 2bed x 1bath Brick House

There was a lot of issues, they pictures did not actually show what was going on, the oven didn’t work the door knob on the bedroom was broke so the door didn’t shut the floors were sinking in I walked into the bedroom and the picture fell off the wall, they beds were not put together right they were missing the nuts so they were very loose, the patchwork was nuts, at the front door there was tissue shoved in the holes that were not properly sealed, all of the curtain rods were falling out of the wall, the floors were coming up, there was food left in the pantry and freezer for who knows how long, one closet had clothes and a large amount of dirt in it and the other had a whole mattress, the central air doesn’t work but there is window units, the front door lock is very loose, the floors were dirty and the carpets had not been vacuumed, NOT TO MENTION THE AREA!! It was very unwelcoming it was not a good area and the house next to it is super close. I do not have pictures of the area but it was trashy.

I like everything about the house and I had parking did not have to worry about my car getting stolen that's a plus

I had gotten up Monday to a friend in the window I'm very scared of lizards 🦎 I left him in his space

Location is good. The interior designs are a good touch. Beds are comfortable. The house is in a seemingly secure and safe neighborhood. The house has exterior metal grills for doors and windows, which gives an extra layer of security.

I had to message the host for check in process after 3PM, because they have not provided it to me yet, which hosts usually do in advance and the whole check in process was disappointing. One of the hosts/owners needs better communication. He was not very approachable. There were hair strands in the bathtub. The cabinets where kitchenwares are stored are dirty and nasty. There was even a maintenance team that was working outside the house during my stay.

The location was excellent, only 4 minute-walk to the nearest bus stop. There was plenty of driveway (we had two cars). The neighborhood was very quiet.

We would have like more seats at the table (only 3). It seemed cleaned but it was not thoroughly cleaned (some parts of the bathroom and under the beds).

Very spacious for a small home and very comfortable.

The couch wasn’t very uncomfortable. The bedrooms could use more pillows. No washer or dryer.
