Loved the privacy feeling. Great space and utilization of space for accommodations.

The gravel road is rough getting to the property. The house itself needed some upkeep- the sink faucet didn’t work and a rip in the linoleum flooring.

Peace and quiet

It was fine

Cute little design, not far from the Canyon.

Says sleeps 8, but would never have more than 3-4 people there. Upstairs was hard mattresses on the floor so probably wouldn’t sleep there. Bathroom was ok but shower had no pressure at all.

Convenient to Grand Canyon

Very cozy tiny home! Clean, well furnished. Close to the Grand Canyon.

Location was great, quiet, The kids really enjoyed the property, especially the loft. Loft stairs are narrow, but that should be expected. So many stars, I can't believe we forgot our telescope.

The second bedroom under the stairs really could use a ceiling fan. It doesn't get air circulation like the rest of the home. We were sweating through the night as the rest of the house was chilly.

This tiny home was the cutest stay we had while traveling around. Great location not far from the Grand Canyon. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked ourselves dinner 2 nights - which made it feel more like home. There was snow when we arrived which made me worry about how cold we would be. To my surprise, the heating was amazing and the home must be very well insulated. We were all so snug and very warm. Travelled with 5 of us, 2 adult children and a teenager and they all loved it as well.
