All details and instructions were easy to follow and prompt. The facility was very clean and up to date. It was nice to have separate places for our crew to spread out.

It would have been helpful to have a dish towel or paper towels in the kitchen. There was no detail about the type of coffee maker, so we didn’t know what to bring. Since there is no store near, we just bought a coffee at the gas station to heat up. We needed pillows for the pull out couch. The beds were short- sheeted. The bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress, so my toes got caught all night long. I’m 5’9” - but not that tall.

The stay was spectacular! The only minor issue was the internet; it slowed down when too many devices were connected. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The house was actually very spacious and the beds were comfy. We were very satisfied and would stay again!

Newness of unit

Called for service on the lack of TV wifi and got blown off by the guy who answered the phone. Service call was made at 5pm on Wednesday. He never called back to say why he never could make it . Poor customer service. Unit was obviously not cleaned as many areas were noted with layers of dust, used towel hanging in the bathroom, thermostat was set to 89 degrees when we arrived, toilet paper holder broken, living room ceiling fan has layers of dust, no dish towel in the kitchen. I was not pleased.
