Nothing very unprofessional staff and there owner also

I had booked room from booking.com but after booking when I reach hotel they told me that your booking is not available if you want to stay then you had to pay extra amount from booking amount then I'll pay 1k extra.....

Location of the property was good.

Facilities of the room was not upto the mark, bathroom taps and flush not working properly, room was dirty as well, Bed sheets and matterss was not very clean. And its not a apartment, its like anyother hotel room steup.
