Rooms were big in size

Very far from pool actually in totally different building. If you wanna enjoy pool you have to go to another building and coming from there in wet clothes to different building and you’ll have to pay extra charges if u want to go to pool.

loved and very satisfied with my stay at this place. rooms are very nice and staff is very cordial. perfect place to stay in lucknow.

Location was ok and have parking place. Staff was good.

I booked the room and informed the property management so many times about the check-in time but still when i reached at the reception desk, my room was not ready and they were asking to book another room with higher price. So i waited for my room for 2 hours and when i get the room, it was old, bathroom was not clean and it was small. Room is different from pictures, in pictures they look new. Lift was too slow. Staff was very friendly and nice, but they can’t do anything as previous guest were not check-out on time.

Property is good but the room that i have booked through booking.com they didn’t gave me the exact same room as they are saying it is not available due to so and so reasons they asked me to book other room at the last moment with higher prices this was not acceptable as i have made my booking earlier and called the hotel at the very same day for confirmation they confirmed but at the last moment when I visited they said this room is not available we can’t do anything you can book another room for which the prices are higher or else you can leave so due to urgency i booked another room with them with higher prices almot 40% high.

Very beautiful room. Safe and secure place to stay. Couple can stay without any hesitation. Breakfast is good. Clean and well maintained rooms
