Location was brilliant, Ideal for Bath and surrounding area

Excellent location, allocated parking space, comfortable beds, spacious apartment and easy to access.

Toilet seat was loose, leaking soap dispenser in bathroom, although there was a variety of options for cereals and tea/coffee - there was no milk provided.

Lovely 2 night stay, perfect location easy walking distance to Bath centre, with added benefit of parking. Accommodation was great, lovely and clean with everything you need for your stay. Would book again.

Spacious, great location and kitchen was well equipped.

Needs some maintenance; toilet seat was very loose, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, soap dispensers need replacing, toilet roll holder loose, bathroom walls need a better clean and extraction fan was filthy. Remote for LED lights was not working so we couldn't use them as the setting was annoying. One kitchen cupboard door needs realignment as it was loose. Strange collection of expired food in the freezer.

Big two bedroom apartment in an amazing location ( 5 minute walk to the Abbey). Excellent communication with the hosts. Parking on site (for an extra cost) Welcome food basket

Sound like scam that the property offer a FREE PARKING per booking ad, but after the reservation is confirmed the property charges 10£ per night, using the same spot showed on the pics. The offer must be clear is NO FREE PARK, nor INCLUDING on the fees.

Great location, everything was within walking distance. Beds were also really comfortable.

Leading up to the visit we were told that when we arrive at the apartment we would be recorded on video so the owner could check we weren't sneaking people in, whilst I value the transparency it does feel punitive. Just before we arrived we received a message asking us to wash all our dishes to help with house cleaning and on arrival we found a lot of dishes in the cupboards were dirty from previous guests and need to be rewashed before using. There was linen in the washing machine from previous guests and the kitchen was hard to use with an oven but no baking paper, pan with no spactualor, coffee machine but the coffee head was missing so we couldn't use it. The place was okay but not luxury, feels more like a nice Airbnb but I wouldn't rebook. The place is also hard to find in the dark, the number on the door needs to be lit up.

Everything needed to enjoy Bath is provided. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the centre. Spacious rooms and kitchen. Good communication with Benji.

Location is fantastic-easy walking distance to all Bath attractions. 2 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Internet was very fast. Parking available beside the accomodation. Had pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. We noticed that there is a night club below the apartment but didn’t have any issues with this at all. We stayed over Friday and Saturday and didn’t find the noise excessive. You get the occasional rattling of bottles being emptied and some slight bass sounds but not enough to hinder sleep or to wake you up. Our 8year old daughter had no issues falling asleep or staying asleep.
